Huertas is a Basque-inspired tapas hot spot who's name translates to the "orchards" or "gardens" that you'll find dotting the northern landscape of Spain. The restaurant is helmed by Chef Jonah Miller, who honed his craft working the line at Danny Meyer's Maialino and decided to open Huertas after an extended stay in Spain. The food is off the charts, 2 Star NY Times Critics' Pick, and the atmosphere is electric.
