At Yunnan BBQ, a NY Times Critics' Pick restaurant, Chef Doron Wong draws upon the the culture, diversity of flavors, and cooking techniques of China's Yunnan Province. The cuisine offers a crisp and colorful fusion of flavors that reflects upon the region's unique heritage as a melting pot of the 25+ ethnic minority tribes that live there - and the influences of surrounding Chinese, Burmese, Thai, and Tibetan cultures. We'll be taking over the entire restaurant for this feast and Chef Wong will be coming out to share the stories behind the dishes!
